After a good night’s sleep the new missionaries awoke ready for a day full of training and dendo (proselyting). The day started with a game of frisbee at the park. After getting ready for the day we had breakfast and headed to the church for training.
The new missionaries have their first chance at contacting on the street as they walked back to the mission office after lunch with an experienced missionary and a Book of Mormon.
While waiting for their interview with the President they have the opportunity to email home, sign the True Disciple Quilt and visit with other missionaries.
The evening is finished with dinner and a testimony meeting. What a wonderful day it always is!

Thursday always brings excitement. The missionaries wake up ready to go! This is the day they meet their trainers and head to their first areas of service. We always start the day with a hike up Rokko mountain to see the beautiful view of Kobe.
After showers and breakfast the missionaries are ready for training and the companionship match up! These next few photos show them entering the chapel in anticipation of their assignment!
